Good Morning, guys I started my journey again to grow hair on my temples 2 months ago. I use minoxidil foam twice 5 days out the week and one time in the morning for derma rolling at night , biotin, Nizoral (2x), Shampoo (2x) and derma Roll twice a week. I’ve started using derma rolling 2 weeks ago (really helps) so I seen improvement yesterday and was excited then yesterday night I washed my hair with this biotin shampoo (started using it last week) left it on my hair for 4 mins then I notice a small blood on the left side of my head (by my left ear) where I never apply minoxidil at. When I tried rinsing it out. It was pretty difficult getting the soap out I just let the water run through my hair and try my best not to touch the temple part. So I’m now waking up a hour ago and it looks like I lost a little hair on the temples meanwhile my hair looked better yesterday. Is there anything I’m doing wrong? This journey is very stressful

I read on here about using the big 3 so thought I would give Nizoral a try. After 2 week I had so much shedding and seen no regrowth. I stopped before I had a hair on my head.. Went back to Head and Shoulders.

Your baldo gene is the root cause of this.

So you saying it’s better to use head and shoulder then minoxidil?
