I would say norwooding. Looks like a norwood 2 but his hair looks very thick still.
I'd think that professional football players wouldn't generally be able to (or at least would be advised against) take finasteride or dutasteride. It seems that's whats happened with Rooney - since he had a hair transplant but then lost a lot of ground and is almost back to what he was pre-hair transplant.
