Is My Hairline Receeding? (pictures)

Hi all

Is my hairline receeding or 'maturing'? Attached are some pictures with dates. Don't have the greatest pictures sadly but you get the idea!

I'm only 23 and have always had a pretty high hairline. But over the last 3 years or so it has receeding abit and the last 6 months has become very noticable to me.
I have 3 older brothers who all have very good hair, the oldest being 31 with very thick hair and no hair loss at all. My dad has had no hair loss. My mums side also has good hair. No one
in my family is bald! My mum has a high hairline but thats about it. So I find it odd that i could be balding at just 23? I have been going through a very stressful/depressing time the
last year so maybe that could effect it? I'm a very healthy person and I have been taking finastride for the last 3 months to see if anything changes, havent noticed any improvement.

What do you think? I really do not want to lose my hair.. Already started looking at transplants!

Yes you are balding. Stay on finasteride and save a transplant for when sh*t really hits the fan. Your hair still looks good when styled which is all that really matters at the end of the day because that is how 95% of people will see you.

I will continue to take finasteride. Do you reccomend rogaine too?

Personally I wouldn't even bother with minoxidil at your stage of the game. People always talk about adding in minoxidil to guys like you (with minor hair loss) and forget that it will usually only result in very very minor cosmetic change at best. I honestly think minoxidil is only really need for dudes that have more moderate to severe hair loss.

If you really do want to add it in, give finasteride a year alone to see how much it does for you.
