I’m 20 years old
My dad and brothers aren’t bald
Both my grandfathers are bald
Am I balding?
It looks like I have a norwood 3

Mabe your hairloss started
Vut still you have good hair but you can prevent that.
I had hairloss drom 18 but i saved untill now(3-4 years)
But now it lost effectiveness.
I think if you use minoxidil you can be have good hair untill 3 years or more.
And finastride is another drug.
I using 1 mounth.but i can’t say anything because 1 mounth is nothing.

I think if you loose over 100hairs a day start minoxidil because it’s only safe treatment.
But it’s better to visit a doctor

I don't wanna start anything. I just wanna know am I balding? I don't mind shaving it all off if I am.
And how far am I? What norwood is this

Your hairline looks fine and good.
Unless the front of your hairline starts getting thinner really fast i dont think you need to worry about balding at all.

No really, unlike most paranoids in this forum think hair loss is 99 percent genetic predisposition.

If you actually do start going bald in your twenties i guess you can get on meds.
Else is just common sense stuff. Enough sunlight, balanced diet with enough, staying off harmful drugs etc. Anything that's generally bad for your health is also probably Bad for your hair. I've heard excess shampooing & conditioning also takes its toll, especially if you're using bad products.
