Is My Crown Starting To Thin Out On Me?

I’m not sure if my crown is thinning or not. In harsh lightning it looks kind of bad, but then in regular lighting it doesn’t look as terrible. What do you all think? The first picture is under a bright white office light, and the second is in a bathroom with more natural lighting. I’ve always had fine and thinner hair, so to an extent, I believe my crown has always been more visible than others.
