Im LOST at how you're losing hair...I mean, I know women lose hair too, but if it's androgenic; it's like...WTF?If minoxidil didn't thicken up my hair when I wasn't on anti androgen, will it work now I'm on spironolactone? I don't want to go through another dred shed tho. It's horrible

Breast cancer affects men too. I'm not sure why you're surprised by female Androgenetic Alopecia. But sadly if Androgenetic Alopecia affects as many women as men, you'll be looking at a real cure by now.
It just confuses me how Estrogen is what helps men keep their hair, yet women are filled with E & they can still lose hair

Becuause women still have small amounts of 5 AR in their bodies + some women are very sensitive to DHT. It's that simple.
