Is literally everyone experiencing side effects from propecia?

Im 22, about to start taking propecia because i have badly receded temples, i thought under 5 % men suffered from side effects from finastride but from what i learned and seen online literally everyone is experiencing horrible side effects. Can someone clue me in on how it actually works?

Take propecia, there is a low chance of side effects and if you have some, just stop taking it. There is no scientific proof of permanent side effects after discontinuation of the drug, don't read testimonies from random dudes on propeciahelp.com and read actual scientific studies conducted on thousands of men for years.

I should stop taking if i get side effects? I thought i should wait them out unless they are severe ? I'm probably gonna have paranoia and experience anxiety pains

I think a good majority of people do experience sides, but usually minor sides such as watery semen, less morning wood and weaker libido. A lot of people don't even notice sides untill after quitting. I'd quit if you get bad sides in two weeks of use.

I agree, at least the majority of users online. I think watery semen and low libido are the most common, but passes in the majority.

Well technically everyone probably gets sides but most probably dont get anything noticeable. I mean its changing how things work internally might not show any external symptoms but raising T could have some subtle changes on your strength but you could never prove that.

Im 22 years old also and been on finasteride for a little over 2 months now. I did experience minor sides such as slightly lower libido, less powerful ejaculation, less morning wood but nothing im concerned about because theyre not major. I would say my libido is down probably 10% if not less which still leaves plenty to go around. Something did concern me within the first week i was on finasteride which was watery semen and testicle ache but that subsided after the week n half. The testicle ache only occured on 2 days with time in between.....Overall I think finasteride is deff worth a try. If my sides were worse i definitely would have passed on it.

Yes everybody is experiencing sides from propecia, especially the guys not even taking it.

Well I was on .625mg finasteride and shooting out what looked like super glue for the majority of my time on finasteride. Now it's back to it's thick white color, and my sex drive is better. It's not just in peoples' heads all the time. I'm sure some of the time it is because the mind can have a powerful impact on the body, but side effects are definitely real. In my opinion it's much higher than the 2% that Merck claims, but it's still low enough that a lot of people don't report any side effects.

I agree with that. Watery semen is a side that I have no problem living with if it means more hair. Maybe if I was doing p**rn I would have a different opinion, but I don't so it is no big deal.

No noticeable sides here. Very few people are going to go online, make an account here, and then make a post just to say that they didn't experience side effects on Finasteride.

I may be in the minority here, but I actually liked having the watery semen. I was shooting cow pattys like p**rn stars. I mean the distance I could cover was awesome. Now my semen has gone back to its normal consistency, I'm still on finasteride too. I'm pretty sure the watery semen is just a temporary side anyways for most people.

Been on it a year. No sides other than sometimes watery semen.
Hasnt done **** for my hair tho.

The main issue, from what I gather, is that people who have bad results are more likely to be on forums voicing their discontent.

Think about it, if it works for you, what's more likely? That you just move on with your life or that you still stick around? Personally, I find all the people that stuck around after it worked for them to be the best. These are guys willing to stick around and help and others and to all of you who do, it's really invaluable.

I still haven't taken the step towards taking it but hopefully I gather my courage soon And just go for it. Worst case, it doesn't work, but at least I'll know I tried

Just means that semen is not as thick as before. It shouldn't keep you from having children. Personally I wouldn't mind if it did make me sterile, but I am sure it wont.

Good luck with whatever you decide. The bolded part is how I feel. Even if meds do not work out, at least I can say I put up a fight against my hair loss.
