Im 19 years old

My dad has the thickest nw1 hair ive ever seen in my life at 62

Maternal grandpa started balding at like 35-40 yo

Is it maturing? Should i be concerned at this stage or not just yet?

Hair is fine everywhere else

I have very curly hair, so i cant refer to the numbers of strands i lose since i only comb my hair during shower once a week

But one thing that concerns me is that some of the hairs i lose are relatively short compared to my visible hair (my hair is about 10-15cm long on top)

Its either those hairs are undergoing miniaturization, or they just happen have short terminal length

See no signs of it. Hair right in the front rarely going to be the same texture/strength as hair on the back or sides so it will appear a little thinner but thats your hairline and genetic hair but nothing to wrorry about at the moment

Yes I've heard about that (baby hairs), but i used to have a somewhat straight hairline like 2-3 years before

It's most likely maturing but i cant know for sure that it will stop at mature stage

Right corner, seems to have miniaturized hair if you ask me. Keep an eye on it, examine the progression if any.

When you're worried, go to a doctor.
