Is it seborrheic dermatitis or what? (with pics)

Hello friends!
I'm regrowing my hair pretty well. But there are some areas with a red inflamation that I don't know what is and don't know how to treat.
These areas are where the hair is more thin.
Here are the pictures:

I hope you can help me solving this. Because it seems my scalp is not healthy as I thought.
Thanks

is that water or your scalp is very oily?

It looks like male pattern baldness to me.

If you have small very white skins on top of your scalp then its seborrheic dermatitis. It's glued on your scalp?

RaginDemon: Yes, it's water. My scalp used to be very oily. Keto 2% shampoo fixed that. Although my scalp shines a lot. I don't know why this.

IBM: My scalp is white, but no flaky skin. But there are red patches there that itch a lot.

Today I went to a doctor to see this. He said that my scalp is healthy. But what makes no sence to me is that the redness only appears sometimes. So the doctor couldn't see it.
Now I'm very confused if it could be some allergic reaction.
When the scalp is reddish I lose a lot of hairs. But when it's normal the hair fall rate is small.
