Not if the hairloss is from male pattern baldness. Only If you lose hair from stress or something, but generally, you wont lose your hairline from stress anyway, you would be loseing from all over.

If all of the pathways associated with hair loss could be inhibited efficiently it would be possible to regrow your hair line assuming that your follicles are in a reasonable state of health.

Even in extreme circumstances where follicular damage is severe, there is always a chance of reviving to an improved or previous state.

This all occurs of course on a cellular level, where by your cells (some of which) can regenerate themselves as good as "new".

The likelihood of this ever happening though is slim, currently as the multitude of pathways associated with hair loss are not fully understood.

The best hope you could have for keeping your cellular structure in the best possible condition is to employ a highly powerful anti-oxidant regime and with the rate of technological advancements over the coming years we should have some more promising products to help you regain/regrow what you might have lost.

stranger things have happened. Just read up on people who went from being dwarfs to being 7 feet in their 20s. (and dying from the massive amount of trauma their bodies endured) Bizarre but u may just be a freak of nature. i say, who knows.
