Many of us start noticing hair loss when we see more hairs falling out in the shower than it has been in the past.
Whether the shedding is temporary or not is a big factor for a lot of us. I was not exception to this rule and I panicked for several months.
I was wondering if any of you have had any success with stopping the shedding completely.
When I say completely, I mean 0 to 5 hair strands per shower. Also, if you have been successful, please share your regimen.
