First of all, calm down. You're not dying. Yes, it's frustrating but please try to put things in perspective. Feel good that you're taking some action..that's the first step. DO NOT let this affect every aspect of your life - yes it sucks, as we all know, but you are your worst critic.
Treatment is a very gradual thing. Your male pattern baldness is not atypical. Are you completely bald? Of course not, anyone can see that. Are you thinning? Yes. Hop on the train right now and know that you're taking action. There's a therapeutic effect of knowing you're doing something about an item with which you're unhappy. Get on your regimen and don't sit in front of the mirror every day. Live your life. Check your progress every month or so, and don't go crazy if you don't see progress early on. Things might alarm you along the way, like losing more - don't freak out. Sometimes you have to take a step back to take two steps forward. Give it time - you lost your hair over time and it will take time to show progress if you respond.
Now, can you do that? DO NOT fall into a slump - it is self-defeating and may exacerbate your problem. You don't want that, do you? Be strong, take action if you choose, and live your life!
