is it possible to develop sides one year into treatment?

I´m not sure what´s going on, but I´m having lower libido and a harder time obtaining and maintaining erections. Sometimes I can have a girl in my bed and I don´t feel like getting it on at all. Netiher does junior. It´s been like this on and off for a while, but ever more so for the past few weeks.

I don´t have numbness. It reacts when stimulated, but it doesn´t react on its own. I don´t know if this is mental or if it´s because of my topical finasteride regime. I´ve been on it for one year next week. Can sides take this long to blossom ?
Any advice much appreciated, but don´t just blow it off please with "there are no such things as sides" etc

I get sides from topical finasteride.

far less than the pill and unlike a tab of finasteride they build with time. Tablet of finasteride and I notice within days no libido or functionality at all.

how long did it take until you noticed sides with topical?

So how long did it take to wear off? And what do you use instead? This sucks balls.
