My Telogen Effluvium didn't start until I raised my dose from .25mg EOD to .5mg ED. Is it possible that a lower dose doesn't cause Telogen Effluvium, while the higher dose does? For reference I was taking .25mg EOD for about 5 months, went through one major shed for two or three weeks, as I'm told is normal, but had zero chronic shedding in weird patterns all over my head until I raised dose and frequency.
