Im on propecia little over 3 months ( made negative progress ) Nizoral every 2 - 3 days for almost two weeks and recently added 0.5mm dermaroller and topical spironolactone 5% cream to temples and hairline. I know the dermaroller should increase the absorption rate which is what i want but is it ok to use every night on the same area? I dont go hard but enough to cause some discomfort and a few stray hairs. I hope things turn around real soon. Replies would be awesome
