Hi, I am Jessy, 17 years old and had a complete very thick full head of hair until very recently. I think that my hairloss began as I turned 17 although I only started noticing it 5 months later, in March 2019. I believe that people refer to it as '' Norwood 1 '' (basically a small triangle on each side, with full thickness in the back and in the middle) I instantly went to my doctor as I noticed it and he made me do a blood test to make sure that it wouldn't be caused by something else than the DHT (since balding at 17 is very uncommon) but the results of the blood test confirmed that it had to be from DHT, and I have currently been taking finasteride for around 2 months and a half.
As I began finasteride, I noticed some thinning in my frontal hair, and some regrowth in the triangles.
My question is; will the thinning in the frontal hair comeback eventually? (Note that I had full thickness in the frontal hair before beginning finasteride, or atleast from what I noticed in the mirror)
Thanks! -Sorry for my bad english, I tried my best since my native language is french :>
