Is It Necessary To Use Nizoral Shampoo Along With Minoxidil And Finasteride?

I`m 19 and suffering from male pattern baldness since 3 years. I`m using Minoxial, DermaRoller and Finasteride from past one month and suffering from increased hairfall. I have been reading on this website the use of Nizoral Shampoo. Is it really necessary? As Nizoral Shampoo is a DHT blocker and I`m already taking Finasteride, I wonder why it would be necessary.
