Is it bad to use conditioner every day?

i heard shampoo aint good for the hair every day, but what about conditioner?? somebody told me to wash my hair twice a week, but i can't. cause i play 2 different sports and i get very sweaty and hair all fked up, so i have to shower fully. since shampoo aint good, what about conditioner?

Shampooing every day isn't bad for hair, it's a myth.
