Is it alright if I miss two spironolactone applications

I am in another town tonight and forget my spironolactone cream and wonder will it affect me that much if I am not able to use it in till Saturday?

No need to worry. spironolactone doesn't work like minoxidil where hair that you regrow are dependent on minoxidil.
Even if you stopped using spironolactone, you wouldn't go through a big shed.
