Yeah. Whats your opinion? Should I hop on dutasteride?

If you had a NW2, I'd say just continue monitoring it. Unfortunately, I don't think that's an option.
Which of the following would you rather have:

1)Very high chance of keeping all your remaining hair (83%), or severely slowing your balding. However , you will have a chance of 5ish% of getting the following sides: skin dryness (higher and earlier chance of developing wrinkles), penile shrinkage (not common, but happens), watery semen, testicular pain, erectile dysfunction, significantly reduced sex drive, among many others.

2)Let yourself go bald and shave your head for the rest of your life, and accept baldness.

It's not a question of whether you will go bald or not; it's self-evident you will (without treatments). It's a matter of cost-benefit analysis.

It's really shitty and unfair that you have to make this decision right now. Think it over very carefully. Whichever you do, there's no going back.

Hey, @DatLad, dont listen to these guys. Finasteride is a very powerful drug and stops 70% of your male hormone DHT. I strongly advise against it. Be sure of that: manhood is way more fulfilling than having hair.

If dutasteride or finasteride's the way you want to go, then alright. But seriously, it is definitely not child's play. Be seriously mindful of that.

I actually started when I was around your age (18 to be precise) and it's been a HUGE difference for me, I've managed to hold on to 80%

Dutasteride? What dose, any regrowth?

Took finasteride from 18-22, decided to switch to DUTA for greater results (Silly, I know) Been on Dutasteride for a few months (6months now) If I could go back in time to when I was 18 I would have started with DUTA immediately - not that finasteride didn't do its job, but still. As of right now I have about 75-85% of what I had when I started balding (age 17)

Edit: I took the recommended doses when taking finasteride/duta, 1 pill a day. I have not had that much regrowth I'm afraid, I've mainly kept on to what I had from the start. I have purchase dates and stuff to prove that I legit started when I was 18 and been on it ever since (if you don't believe for whatever reason)

Glad it's working for you.

Damn bro, I thought I had it bad. Forget about finasteride, you need dutasteride.
lmfao you had it bad. Been crying over your dreadfully recedding hairline since you've been here and claim to have started balding at 14 and still have waaaaay better hair than 90% of members here, op included.

OP, I took finasteride since 16 back when my height matured (almost stop growing taller at 15) and I have a 6.5 inch penis now at 26.

My jaw and chin developped while on finasteride but I've been having a slender frame and often got comment on me looking like a boy when my hair was short(I look much more mature with long hair). My mother's side kind of have those traits so I don't know.

I'd say finasteride didn't impact my height and penis but it's possible that it influenced my bone structure in ways that are impossible to tell. I don't regret taking it. Never would have been where I am now being suicidally depressed at age 16 and miserablly failing in school.

Just my two cents.

You do. Your density looks good. If hairline is the only concern, carefully research "dutasteride ruined my hairline" before jumping on dutasteride.

Yeah bro i feel you. sh*t is making me depressed af. I really doubt finasteride, dutasteride would change your bone structure tho since dht is mostly responsible for penis growth, body hair and male pattern baldness from what I know, so Ill try to get a prescription for that sh*t so I can f*****g finally not care and enjoy my life.
