Is Hair Loss Already Cured With Current Options?

Hi guys,

With treatments like finasteride and dutasteride for prevention/thickening, minoxidil and other topicals for regrowth, and amazing hair transplant results like the ones from Hasson & Wong's website (https://hassonandwong.com/hair-transplant-photos/), do you think hair loss is already "cured" for a large percentage of men?

Now I know a true cure would be a NW7 going to a thick NW0 with something like Cristiano Ronaldo hair, but I really think current treatment options are close enough to cures and that is why there is not a very large incentive for companies to come out with something new.

Let me know what you guys think.

Well I do think we are at a point where young people have options available to combat /minimise hair loss .

People who are older or have more advanced /aggressive hair loss now have quality transplant options available.

We have never had it so good .

I personally think that "large percentage of men" is stretching it. Way more men then we think either a) lose more hair with these treatments (me) b) don't respond at all, and continue to lose c) have terrible side effects.

These treatments are complete f*****g bullshit imo, especially given it's f*****g 2017 and we can make f*****g sex robots and install f*****g phones in out brains or some sh*t. BULLSHIT.

LOL well I think it is a large percentage and you might be in the small percentage if that is the case @buckthorn

But yeah you're right I agree that there should be something else other than pills and hair transplants. We need an actual cure so we can just get it done and not have to worry about it anymore. Since we don't have one yet, it leads me to believe that companies lack incentive because of great success with current remedies for hair loss.
