I have heard mixed things. i hear gluten-free might help your body reduce inflammation and may reduce thinning hair abit. but having done it for 2 months, or at least considerably reduced the gluten... i can't say i have noticed much change. i ain't sure if its done anything to help my new found male pattern baldness itch that came on after using Dutasteride

Has anyone found it beneficial? i did do an intolerance test some time ago, and gluten wasn't listed as a sensitivity for me. Dairy was, which maybe should go out of my diet.

If a GF diet was indeed beneficial for MPΒ researchers would have identified the correlation many many years ago.

Who is paying those researchers? Gluten has been proven to be bad for inflammation and psoriasis etc which will amount to an itchy, inflammed scalp.

Well that may be but if coeliacs weren’t balding at the same rate as the general population people would have noticed don’t you think?
