well if u mean visually, its because prostate shrinks and ur holding less seminal fluid when you ejaculate.

might get watery semen at first, which was the only side effect I got. lasted a little bit, but then my body adjusted.

but that's not the same as less sperm (produced by the testes), AFAIK.
