Hey I've been going on and off with these sheds due to restart of minoxidil and probs increase on avodart dosage. Does anyone have experience with bicalutamide at dosages like 50 or 100 ? Could someone expect temple regrowth from adding to a regime like mine ?

You're already on dutasteride, which is a pretty aggressive treatment. Some pics with your situation could help us give you more insight, bro. If you need regrowth i recommend you to try dermarolling, for me it helped a little bit.

Yes I agree dutasteride is a strong drug but not everyone is able to get results they want with dutas and minoxidil alone unfortunately

If dutas cant stop my hairloss better a hair transplant or shaved head than chemical castration

Why ? can you give more info ? I thought bicalutamide is safest among the other aa's like spironolactone cyproterone acetate flutamide etc. for long term use.

"Safest"?

Why would you take an aggressive anti-androgen orally, ever?

Look at the side effects there. Topically, or bust. Even then is likely to go systemic. IF you want to mess with something obtain enzalutamide. It seems to go systemic far less, oddly enough (and is far more effective).

The best result possible is just keeping what you have with dutasteride, and maybe a little regrowth from minoxidil. That is almost best case. Nothing can really regrow good amounts of hair or male pattern baldness would be basically be cured. There is no such thing that can do that.
Anything more powerful than dutasteride is just playing with fire. Its risky enough just going dutasteride yet alone stronger then that.
