Is ANYTHING good at maintaining the hairline?

Over the last year I've slowly developed a widows peaks. This is despite:

- Using Rogaine foam for many years.

- Using Revita for 6 months.

- Taking Proscar 1.25mg daily for 6 months (I know it is perhaps too early to expect results from this but I've been told it's not great at targeting the hairline anyway)

Am I missing something? I'm only 20 but I have aggressive hairloss (father was NW3 by 21). I am currently NW1. The only thing I can think to do is add a little dutasteride.

I also use a 1.5mm derma roller every 2 weeks.

Yeah from what I've head your best choice is to go topical, if propecia doesn't work.
Do what ohmanohno reccomends.

I'd love to see pictures of your hair line before and after if possible?

I have pictures from a few months ago. I will take some more later. I'm going to look into RU and spironolactone but i've heard RU is a hassle to prepare. Is dutasteride not worth trying?
