My scalp is unhealthy because of seborrheic dermatitis.
I went to see a dermatologist...and I asked what will be the best for me...He
gave me ratio-Ectosone, and he prescribed me Stieprox Shampoo that contains cicloprox olamine 1.5%. I wanted to ask, has anyone here tried this shampoo before and does it have any effect on male pattern baldness? I asked if I should still use Nizoral, and he told me that I could but its would be better to use Stieprox. Using Nizoral is ok but it still left the patches,scalling on my scalp...I decided to give Stieprox a shot and it turns out to be way more effective...and I use it 1-2 times a week and no scalling what so ever...and the oil goes away too..
I am just curious if there were any studies done with this shampoo and male pattern baldness..cant really find much on cicloprox olamine..
