Is anyone on topical NMN 1% here and got some result ?

Hello,

I already take 500mg of NMN oral daily (with other things like anti-oxydants) but I just added 1% NMN (see research paper link bellow) to my minoxidil 5% mixture (with 0.0033% melatonin + 1% ginko + 2% nettle root - I will add 0.2% caffein too soon).

Has anyone ever tried topical NMN ?

Hello,

You can use standard saline serum do dissolve it, I saw a paper in wich they use it by dissolving it in this way.

I think also (to verify I am not sure) that once nmn is dissolved you have to use it and it can not be stored.

So I think we must use for exemple standard 2ml serum and dissolve nmn and apply it, perhaps with micro needling... ?

For me it's too complicated because I use minoxidil morning and fluridil at night ... so I dissolve it in my minoxidil 5% but I am sure it's not the good way to do it...

I see ur regimen changed from using cb and minoxidil now I see nothing?? Did u quit it all?

I never used minoxidil,

I tried pyri then cb then fluridil , all worked for hair but hurt my libido

Recently I’m experimenting with topical finasteride in micro doses , same sh*t , works for hair kills libido


Even a small dose can send me into monk mode for weeks

Ye same. Im just on 2.5mg oral minoxidil tablets x3 week M,W,F. I still got permanent or very long lasting sexual sides from finasteride use.

Just give it time, the body needs time to recover
