Hello,

I wonder if it is possible to stay on NW2-3 since the age of 22 to until 40-50. My hairloss began very early (with 17-18) but since 22 the hairloss is progressing but very slowly. I lost maybe 1/2 cm in 3 years only on temples. No diffuse thinning or crown hair loss.

All my uncles and my father are on NW2-3 since I can remember. My father today looks the same like on photos where he is 30. My uncles too. There is one thing that makes me worry that my grandpa (motherside) was nearly bald in his early 20s.

Is here anyone that is also on NW2-3 since his 20s? Is that even possible?

My case is little confusing. When I was 14-16 years old I had the typical teenage hairline (not a straight one tho, my natural juveline hairline was never straight). When I turned 17-18 I jumped directly to a norwood 2. Some on this forum even argue that I'm an "angular nw1". But I have managed to keep the exact same hairline until now (knock knock on wood) and I'm soon 28. I have however a slight thinning going on on my left corner.
