Is Anyone In The World Doing Hair Cloning Yet?

Is there any one in the world currently doing hair cloning transplants yet? I keep reading about one in the UK and one in Japan that are experimenting with it or working their way up to, but I don't think they are actually doing it yet. I'd be willing to travel to have it done.
