Is a transplant useless for a propecia non-reponder

Been considering FUE lately from someone like Armani or Hasson/Wong. However I have noticed that the people who got the best reults also happened to be super Propecia reponders. finasteride held their transplanted and non transplated hair in place and they were able to avoid further loss. Does this mean that a FUE transplant would be a temporary patch and worthless for someone who cannot at least stagnate his loss through Propecia?

DAMN YOU finasteride REPONDERS...I HATE YOU! J/K :woot:

H & W dont do FUE but with those flash cars you've got I think maybe you could sell them and get a session with Armani.

No way to tell for certain. Personally I would not do a transplant of more than 500 the first time, just to see how I respond. You ever see those poor bastards with 2 or 3 ear to ear strip scars and only a few awful looking plugs to show for it?

Now, if you're looking to "fill in" your Norwood 2, I highly suggest against it. Moreover, most legit docs won't operate until your hairloss stabilizes a bit later in life. The last thing you need is continued recession or thinning on your natural hair line, while the transplanted hair remains unaffected, creating an "island" appearance.

I suppose it all depends on genetics really, for a non propecia responder, who is interested in an hair transplant, I imagine your best bet would to have an appointment with someone who has the ability to map out your hairloss. I don't know from any personal experience, but Rassman is supposed to be talented at something like that.
