Ive recently come across a super interesting video on youtube that discusses progesterone and pregnenalone supplementation to overcome 5ar inhibition side effects. The creator currently uses finasteride daily to preserve prostate health, and highlights how the exact mechanisms of action cause negative side effects. However throughout the videos he alludes to how these supplementations can improve sexual and cognitive function, and mentions how these can be used when using finasteride. Very promising.
