You lifestyle can have big role in that, if you smoke cigarets maybe it's time to quit them. Plus check your diet ;)

Yep Petch you got it! I use ACV and Aloe and that has kept things at bay. I want to add Copper Peptides soon.

Start taking omega 3 from either fish oil or flax seed oil. That should help reduce the inflammation.

Flaxseed oil contains alpha linolenic acid wich is converted to dha and epa omega3 found in fish oil, its converted to dha and epa by your body, you need to eat 10 times more of flax to get the same results. Roughly 10grams of flax give you 1 gram of epa and dha after conversion, one tablespoon of flax contains like 3 grams of omega3 so you need to eat 3 tablespoons to get 1 gram of epa/dha. Omega3 in flax is different from fish oil, fish oil brings you epa and dha on a plate and your body dont need to convert it, it uses it right away. So get omega 3 from fish oil, faster and more efficient.

I've been taking omega 3 for the last two months and it hasn't had any effect on my scalp. Still bad inflammation. I'm taking 2000mg daily.

What is that, two capsules? I didn't have any results until I took 10+ capsules a day. You might want to also clean up your diet, if you haven't done so already.

I don't recommend to take more than 2000mg daily, can affect your body health negative
