I really want some help. I feel like I am doing a great deal for my loss...but I want to do more. If there is anything you guys can further recommend that I can add to my regimen please name it. I don't have a lot of funds but I don't care when it comes to hair loss!

I thought of trying to get Tricomin... but I just don't seem to believe in it. I haven't seen or heard anything about it really. Haven't gotten my hands on the study... and also the study uses something else which sucks.

I am also considering taking dutas weekly and trying to get my hands on some biotin. Can you guys recommend anything else for me? Perhaps a growth stimulator? Supplements that I can obtain somewhere?

Let's help each other! Also, when you respond please post links, we won't think you are a mole unless you have like 1 post or some crap like that. I know I am new though but I think it is pretty obvious where I get my stuff from if you check out my minoxidil.

Good luck to you guys. Let's hope for some regrowth and try to adjust our regimens to perfection.

Current:

Finasteride 1mg (April 21, 2010)(1mg/day)
Minoxidil 2% (April 13, 2010)(I use a lot twice daily to increase the concentration)
Ketoconazole 2% / salicylic acid 3%(April 21, 2010)(Every morning, 10-50min leave on)
Spironolactone Lotion 5% (May 8, 2010)(twice daily)
MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) (May 10, 2010)(2mg-8mg daily)
Xandrox-PLUS Minoxidil 15%(May 11, 2010)(Use a small amount every other day, just easing into it for a month or 2, I dont want massive sheds)

Soon:

Derma Roller 1mm(will use together with minoxidil 2%)

Honestly it looks like your going a bit overboard as it is way to fast.

finasteride can take 6-12 months to show results
Minoxidil 3-4 months

Just starting in April based off the time frames above and you will see your way to early in the game.

Further more there is such a thing as over doing it. Subconsciously this can lead to stress and stress can lead to increase hair loss.

My advice just relax, breath in , and know you are taking action. Give the finasteride and Min a few months to work. After 6 months revisit your start photos to compare. Also try not to look are your hair to much.

When i started I made it a point to only inspect my progress once a week. The rest of the week I would just apply my Min, brush and go about my day.

My advice stop adding things to your regime and give your current regime time to work
