in theory, can you make every hair follicle strong?

in theory, can you make every hair follicle strong? i heard from someone who was bald , who took flutamide oral (!), who regrew all his hair. is that possible or does he lie?

even my dad told me that my grandfather who was bald started to take proscar (i guess 5 mg per day) because of his prostata. and he regrew quite much hair.

so my quesions is, in theory , if the hair follicle isnt dead, just quite much minituarized, is it possible to get a thick, strong hair out of it again?

im asking this mainly because i got so many baby hairs on my head - its almost impossible and i want to know if there s a way to make them strong again.

i will try everything to make that. im already thinking about options. like flutamide topical or revivogen but first i have to know more about the topic to make a really informed decision.

I have some of these fine hairs that started regrowing when I started treatments, some are normal now and some are still fine baby hairs years later.

To key to fighting hair loss is stopping further loss, regrowth is just a possible bonus.

Those hairs piss me off. I have so many of them on my hairline, if they just grew my hairline would be practicaly perfect....but their not

I brush a little mascara on them, and that usually makes me feel better for the moment.
