Hi,

I understand that older posts exists with this topic in mind, but I have not seen a resulting discussion within that was helpful or informative for me. And so, while I am hoping this post can produce some good information, I am also very much asking for help. With the understanding that any advice given here-after will be somewhat speculative, here is my brief situation:

I've been on finasteride for three years. In the last year, my nipples have gotten softer and puffier, and my chest in general has more fat on it. I am already tall and lean (6ft. 158lbs.), and don't have full-blown gyno (yet?). This is what I've done recently to try tackling things, while still staying on Finpecia (1mg. daily):

- 50mg. of Zinc daily.
- Diet (less fat, carbohydrates, sugars, etc.)
- Exercise (cardio and weight lifting)

Since I'm not seeing noticeable improvement or worsening in my chest fat or nipples, what should I do? If I can get some input as to which option below seems best, that would be great:

1. Surgery - I would only do it if the removal of the fat glands would stop the gyno from returning.
2. Aromatase Inhibitors or S.E.R.M.s - Any info on these would be helpful.
3. .5mg Finpecia Daily - It will reduce my hair maintenance, but will the gyno disappear, too?
4. Revivogen - Is it a practical option?
5. Wait it out - I don't have hard lumps, and I'm wondering if my above regimen would work over time.

I'm sorry to ask these things. I'm just scared and clueless right now, but trying to persevere. Any responses would be great. Thank you.

Yes, I made a post about using SERM's to counter effect gyno but the people on this board do not have too much knowledge about that. I am probably going to try it anyway since my nipples have been tender the last couple of days. The SERM I will be using is "Toremifene Citrate". Look it up.
