in-effective over time?

Whats this I hear about upgrading treatments? Im about to start the big 3, nizoral, propecia and rogain. Do these stop being effective after a few years? Or does that vary from person to person, presuming your a good responder in the first place.... I havnt recieved my orders yet and wont know if I am for a while.

the treatments never lose their potency. sometimes your genetics start to render the treatments less and less effective for your situation over time and you start to get a slow decline in hair loss, in which case you can stop the hair loss in some cases by switching to a more potent regimen. like substituting dutasteride(avodart) for finasteride(propecia,proscar). dutasteride is a more potent DHT inhibitor.
