In 2019 We Still Dont't Have A Single Effective Treatment For Diffuse Thinning

Except for finasteride obviously , which I take anyway, and guess what? I always have to wash my hair to make it look decent, on the next day my hair already looks thin, I'm not kidding, that's how shitty my hair genetics are. Am I the only one here who has the same problem?

I am maintaing thanks to it and it slightly added volume, but yeah, no miracle, my hair still looks thin, although better than baseline
