Ok guys, i posted a topic awile back that i was planning to modify my regimen. I already use 5% minoxidil once a day at night time.

I think i have finally decided on either folligen or tricomin. I would prefer to go with tricomen but i have questions for both first.

Are these twice a day products? I want something i can use at night

I am also wondering if i can use them with minoxidil. I am pretty sure you can but how should i go about it? I would think to let the minoxidil dry slightly and then put on the tricomin or folligen.

I want to go on propecia eventually but am staying away right now because i am still growing somwhat i believe (even though i am 20). Men can still grow in their 20's and im only like 5'7 so thats my reason anyway. Antiandrogens can effect growth. I would liek to wait until im 21 atleast. My problem isnt big anyway and minoxidil seems to be working ok so far.

I would appreciate some input guys

Thanks,
Phillip

I don't know about Tricomin, but Folligen is not typically a 2xDay product; if anything, once every other day might be the most common application. Some people dilute it, as well, at least at first, because they find the straight product too potent. It can certainly be added to a minoxidil regimen, and most people who take it probably do take minoxidil as well, but some spacing between the folligen and minoxidil applications seems to be common. As people do sometimes report greenish scalp tint with folligen, using it at night is good. (I pretty much accept the destruction of pillowcases as a side affect of my topical treatments, so I'm not concerned about that potential result of using folligen in the evening/late afternoon.)
