*important* Is Just A Hairline Piece A Thing And Would I Suit A Norwood 1 Hairpiece?

Hi! So I’ve been debating if I should wear a hairsytem for 6 months now and I think I’ve come to a decision. I am only bothered by my hairline as it’s receded into a Norwood 2.5 and I can no longer enjoy the way it looks. The crown and rest of the hair is in OK shape.

My first question is can a hair system salon just fit you in with a hairpiece thst only does your hairline and blends in with the rest of your hair? Is this doable/ a thing and has it been done before?

Secondly, if the first option is a yes, would I suit a Norwood 1 hairline? I am 24.

This is my current hair situation: https://imgur.com/a/P5aJ94F

This is the hairstyle I want:

Is this doable? Thanks.

You are NOT an NW2.5, at least from that photo, and you don't need a hair system.
The doctor who reviews my hairloss and treats it has given me a Norwood 2 on the scale.

Would you still advise against a hairline piece?

I’m dissatisfied with it as I would love to have more of a straighter hairline to pull off certain hairstyles.

Ah, OK so showing a pic of what your hairline REALLY looks like, is helpful.

You can certainly order a system that is a partial, front. Just go with something good, right color, and density.

Hair looks good, have you tried finasteride? It starts to look bad past NW3 IMO unless one exposes the hairline, so I would consider treating it. But yes, it's possible.

I think I’m my OP I posted decent photos of it, but if you saw only the first picture then I see why you would have thought what you did.

So it shouldn’t be out of the question to go to a salon that does hairsystems to do a partial hairpiece?

Thanks! I am only doing PRP at the moment. I sadly refuse to take oral minoxidil and finasteride due to possible sides.

Idk man you look really young and your hair is still very nice. Hair systems although they are great for people without a choice I think we can all agree if we had hair like his we wouldn't be going the system route, at least I wouldn't be.

You have some maturation of the hairline and I'd maybe get a second opinion as maybe the doctor is inclined to keep you coming back? Just a thought.

Do you have thinning at the crown area?

I personally can't justify telling you a system is the way to go for your situation.
