I'm Shedding Hairs That Have No Root

Guys what does it mean if I'm shedding hairs with no root? Like the hair isn't miniaturized it's normal but is dry and has no " white bulb" at the end

It could be breakage

But it's too many like 50 or 60 hairs a day are breaking!
Bad diet ? I have to admit that my hair doesn't look healthy at all

50 or 60 is not a lot. relax and come back if its 200-400 hair a day
