I'm On Rogain Foam....should I Add S5 Or S5plus Cream?

I have a hair transplant and have been on Rogaine Foam for about 3 years as well as many natural supplements. I can't take finasteride because of sides.

Anyway, I just read about S5 and S5 plus cream today for the first time and they sound pretty amazing. Can and should I add one or the other to my regimen along with my Rogain Foam? ANY advice would be hugely appreciated!!!
