Hi there, apologies if this is the wrong location.

To my dismay I see S5 cream is no longer sold here, and I'm not seeing any other sites with a topical spironolactone formula!

Has anyone seen anything out there, or perhaps has unused S5? I'd be willing to pay above cost and postage.

Cheers

Is there any actual documented success, or even stories from members on these boards having success with topical spironolactone? I haven't read or heard anything about it to make me think it does sh*t

Your only option is to have it compounded. Murray Avenue Apothecary will make it for you but you will need a prescription.

Revivogen + topical spironolactone have been good to me. Revivogen alone maintained well enough for years, and I'm seeing regrowth after adding spironolactone about 5 months ago. I don't think I could reduce Revivogen applications and still maintain like they claim, so it's not perfect. Expensive, but they work for me. My hair loss is also probably less aggressive than many here, so it's likely Revivogen + topical spironolactone aren't strong enough for more extreme cases. I caught it early, and I'd be much worse off without them.

Not willing to post pics, but I do have them. Sorry if that devalues my anecdote. I've never posted, but it's frustrating to see most people dismiss products because they don't work for the more vocal members. So, there's my anecdote.

Plus, I'm also curious if there really is no convenient way to get topical spironolactone. I stocked up when it discontinued, but my supply won't last forever.

Cool, thanks for sharing. I just don't think I'd ever heard of someone attributing successful maintenance/regrowth to it before.
