Either that or keep thinning bro. I have taken 20mg a day before. Currently 10mg. I recommend oral because it is 1. easy for people to adhere to long term 2. good for all-over thinning 3. much more effective due to increase in sulfotransferase. Feel free to try topical but not everyone has enough sulfotransferase enzyme in their scalp
