My doctor forbid me propecia and minoxidil won't work what can I do ? I can't go bald dawgs
Get a new doctor. You got any pictures btw? Norwood 6 at age 18 seems a bit extreme..
If your hair is truly an NW5/6, then I greatly doubt you will even respond to finasteride/dutasteride. As a combination of finasteride and minoxidil, you could see results but it's debatable with how long those 'results' would truly last. Balding that significantly at a younger age is a tricky situation...
Transplant?
It depends on how much hair can be transplanted; is your donor area great enough? My hair loss is severe (it began getting severe at the age of seventeen/eighteen) and I am having to go through the method of intense anti-androgens and estrogen, since I am greatly aware that 5AR inhibitors alone won't do anything for me.

No doctor will give you an NW0 hairline unless you were transgender, or can ensure them that you will never lose your hair.

I am sorry to tell you this but if you are 18 and a Norwood 6 then you wil most likely not get a Norwood 0 anymore.
Shave it off at that point. Check out Baldcafe from youtube.

He barely seems confident with himself; I have watched his videos, and it's a weak attempt of promoting confidence. It's just the usual case of promoting the easily said than done.

I think he's confident. It's not a disaster to be bald, and he's a good example of it. Nobody wants to go bald on their 20s, but if it happens, it's not the end of the world.

You are not balding; for those who are actually balding, it does feel like the end of the world. Watching Baldcafe just makes me more confident in my decision to get an orchiectomy in some years.
