I’m 19 and in the last couple month I started to notice that my hair got thinner there is a possibility that I’m right or that is just in my head

It looks like you are losing ground on your temples, but it's just the beginning stages. I would start treatment right now, you have very good chances of recovering since its very early, or at the very least, get a dermatologist to check it. For me it started just like yours, but I refused to get treatment for years and now I regret it.
