I’m 19 And Receding. What Action Should I Take?

This picture was taken when my hair is mildly wet and i combed it back.

Rly concerned and i feel like its too young to bald now... It’s rly affecting my mood and ability to focus daily. Hope u guys are able to help!

Looks like you are receding. Especialy on your temples. It would be easier to tell with side-shots if you are receding or not, but it is clear enough to say that your hair-line is on the norwood scale and past norwood 1. What action you should take? Go see a dermatologist, he will prescribe you finasteride most likely and you will be able to maintain your hair (maybe even regrow some). Your hair still looks very good, you should be able to maintain what you got for years to come.
