Hello
I’m 18 year old boy from Serbia
And recently I cut my hair and noticed that my hair on temples is high
I’ve always had high forehead since I was a baby
I think my hair has receded a bit and I’m not sure if it’s male pattern baldness
From my moms side there’s no one bald
Only from my paternal grandmother (her brother)
I would like to know what I can do about and if I’m really going bald
Please help
Thanks in advance

Temples has receded. I wouldn't particularly do much yet. Take pictures like you have, wait maybe a couple months or so and then take pics again. Compare. If it changed then you can safely say it most likely going to worsen.
For the mean time theirs some natural methods that will strengthen hair.
Using coconut oil as a carrier oil mixed with another oil of your choice might help.
Castor oil, argan oil, rosemary and peppermint are all apparently ment to be beneficial to hair.
The macronutrient protein is good for your hair so eating foods high in protein will help for growth and repair. Eggs are good for your hair, even massaging it would be beneficial.
Biotin and cod liver oil supplements may be consumed to help your hair.
Or you can consume oily fish to get what you need. Staying hydrated will be good with green tea or water.
Massageing will help stimulate the scalp so use your oil mask to do that and leave it in for as long as possible.
Caffeine can also be beneficial massaged into the scalp.
Saw palmetto is considered to have a mild finnasteride effect-at your stage I wouldn't recommend finnasteride so this mayh be a good alternative.
Although, minoxidil might be beneficial as you have notable thinning all over.
IF in doubt go to a dermatologist especiallyif it impacts your mental health.
Good luck.

do you think it’s genetic and it cannot be reversed?
