I'm 18 And I Think I Might Be Balding Fast What Norwood Is This?

Hello I am 18 year old male my temples were alway little higher because i have small forehead but recently i got a short haircut and i think they are going further and my hairline is receding.What norwood is this please? Should i see dermatologist and try to regrow or should i just shave it off? don´t mind my grey hair I dont care about them
