Sorry for just pictures. My family history is not really good overall on my dad side most of his family is bald. But on my mothers side it’s the complete opposite. Just want some opinions. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't say you're receding in the corners, as that is a pretty normal hairline for a 17 year old. However, i would say that in your forelock (front midsection in last pic) you've got what appears to be the start of recession and thinning.

You also need to consider how you style your hair, hair styles that require you to pull on your hair or work product through it tend to leave you with the kind a streaking thinness you see in the last pic, I would bet that you take some sort of pomade/wax and pull your hair back every day right?
