Im 16 & Is My Crown Balding? Hairline?

I just took a picture in light today and noticed my crown looks bare. Is this balding?
My hairline receded a slight bit also and my frontal hairs look thinner, but Im not sure if it’s balding + my parents wont b allowing me to visit a derm anytime soon, so any opinions?
